I called to get a quote on an alignment. After getting the quote, I asked if there was any availability for today. Austin squeezed me in (super thankful for that), and he was so nice. The price was better than other quotes I received, and he was fair. I love good, honest business people, and I will definitely be back!

Replaced my alternator and hoses that were leaking coolant very quickly and affordably! Austin and Bryce were very kind and helpful. Take your car here and they will take good care of you. You can trust them to tell you the repairs you ACTUALLY need. Thank y’all!!!

The best auto mechanic experience I've ever had. The team at Pinnacle is so kind and very helpful. I had been told by other places that I needed to fix multiple items, I found Pinnacle to be very honest and to only request repairs on what was absolutely necessary. I've gone to them for multiple oil changes and to buy all new tires. Tire prices were good and my car rides like a brand new vehicle. Very grateful for their honest assessment! Will be coming back for sure.

Best mechanics in the state! They were very informative with the issue that was discovered, we discussed my best and safest option moving forward, then I was back on the road in no time. There are still many good people in business today and one of them is Brice at Pinnacle Automotive Little Rock. I drove in with a rental car that was losing air pressure in a tire. Not only did they take me right away, but they repaired it within 15 minutes!!! I had called the rental agency and gotten a big runaround, and was feeling anxious. Brice made me feel valued as a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to any and all people needing car repairs. It is a family-run, highly qualified team of mechanics with compassion and professionalism. Thank you Pinnacle!!!

Bryce was wonderful. I got myself into a sticky situation with my tire where a huge nail had gone through it, and he swiftly got it fixed for me without any issues at all. He was very fast, efficient, and sweet. Even put together a price for me to get new tires as he noticed my tread is pretty much gone. Highly recommend this place and will be taking my cars here in the future from now on.

These guys are awesome!! I had them do some work for me a few months back that I was highly satisfied with and then called them up last week for a maintenance appt and they had me in the next day! Very professional, friendly staff and fair prices!
